When you use our Plan Your Build tool in order to generate a Preliminary Estimate, you will see a note, “Estimate reflects SNEML-standard specifications.” Our standard specifications reflect cost-effective yet quality components throughout the interior of the home. However, these standard items may not be the right fit for everyone. In dreaming up the interior of your new home, keep in mind— you are by no means bound to the factory catalog. Based on your preferences, we can delete factory items in favor of on-site installs following home delivery.
Think of it this way: Like a site-built home, you can have anything you’d like inside…it’s just a matter of what happens at the factory versus on-site following delivery.
For folks who would like to upgrade their home beyond the standard, we partner with premium local suppliers of custom cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, bath fixtures, lighting, and more. This same “delete the standard, upgrade on-site” option applies to the exterior too— premium siding, roofing, masonry, landscaping, and more can be added to your home following delivery.
