With modular construction, site prep and home construction happen simultaneously; this streamlines the process and expedites the timeline. We’ll deliver your home within 10-12 weeks of order. The complete process – including planning, design, permitting, financing, construction, and approvals typically takes 8-10 months in total.
Built for Consistency
Our homes are built in a climate-controlled factory environment where they are subject to quality assurance inspections at every stage of assembly. This same attention to detail carries on to our site work and foundations, including factory-built precast foundation systems from Superior Walls.
Budget-Driven Planning
Use our Plan Your Build tool to get a free standard estimate. This will help frame your budget relative to the house you want. Review the standard estimate, which will shine a light on both pricing and scope of work included, then get in touch. A common next step is to book an on-site consultation ($250), so that we can refine your estimate based on a visit to your unique building lot.
