Our Model Home Center

Our Model Home Center includes three model homes available for viewing, one of which is also our Sales Office. Hours of operation are Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-4:30pm. Schedule an appointment for a walk-and-talk, or drop in for a quick look!

Our Colonial

Featuring 2,015 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths

The Colonial Model home has three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with its own bath, as well as a large, open family room.
The Colonial Model is also our Sales Office.

Our Ranch

Featuring 1,375 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths

The Ranch Model home has a wonderful split-bedroom design, including a master bedroom with its own bath. A beautiful kitchen with a center island opens to the living room.

Our Cape Cod

Featuring 960 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath

The classic Cape Cod with two window dormers offers the true New England look. This home has been a favorite for years due to its expandable second-floor living space, which can be finished or left unfinished as you choose.

Our Modular Factories

Our Modular Homes are built in a climate-controlled factory facility in Pennsylvania.

If you’re interested, you can even visit your home while it’s on the assembly line at our factory!
